These Terms of Service apply to your use of the FaunSun online store and your purchase of products from FaunSun. By browsing this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Products and handmade variations
FaunSun jewelry is handmade using natural materials, including labradorite, ammonite and crystal. Natural stones may vary in color, pattern, inclusions, texture and shape. Product photos are representative and the piece you receive may not be identical to the photographed stone. These natural variations are not defects.

Orders and payment
An order is accepted after payment has been authorized. Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. We may correct typographical, pricing or availability errors and may cancel an affected order, with a refund to the original payment method.

Production and delivery
Products are handmade to order. Please allow 7–14 business days for production before shipment. Delivery estimates begin after the order ships and are estimates only. See our Shipping Policy for current service levels and rates.

Custom items
For bracelets made to a requested wrist measurement or other personalized items, the customer is responsible for providing accurate information. Custom work may begin after the order is placed and may not be cancelled or returned for a change of mind once production has started.

Website use
You may use this website for lawful personal shopping purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, resell or commercially exploit the store, product images, text, branding or other content without written permission from FaunSun.

Third-party services
Payment providers, carriers and other third-party services may have their own terms and privacy practices. FaunSun is not responsible for delays or interruptions caused by services outside our reasonable control.
