Refund & Return Policy

FaunSun creates handmade jewelry using natural materials such as labradorite, ammonite and crystal. Every piece is made with care and may show natural variations in color, inclusions, texture and shape. These variations are part of the character of natural stone and are not defects.

Handmade production
Each order is handmade to order. Please allow 7–14 business days for production before shipment. If you need an order by a specific date, contact us before purchasing so we can confirm whether the timing is possible.

Returns
You may request a return within 14 calendar days after delivery for an item that is unused, unworn and in its original condition. Please contact us before sending a return. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong item.

Custom and personalized items
Bracelets made to a requested wrist measurement, personalized pieces and items that have entered production cannot be cancelled or returned for a change of mind. If a custom item arrives damaged or does not match the confirmed order, contact us and we will work with you on a replacement or refund.

Damaged or incorrect orders
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and, when appropriate, provide a replacement or refund.

Refunds
After an approved return is received and inspected, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Banks and payment providers may need additional processing time. Original shipping charges, customs duties and import taxes are non-refundable unless the order was damaged, incorrect or cancelled by FaunSun.
