Shipping Policy

Handmade production
Every FaunSun piece is handmade to order. Please allow 7–14 business days for production before your order ships. Orders may ship in more than one package if needed.

Shipping rates and destinations
United States: $4.99 for an order containing one item. Orders containing two or more items qualify for free shipping.
European Union: $7.99 for an order containing one item. Orders containing two or more items qualify for free shipping.
Shipping availability and the final rate shown at checkout are determined by the destination, items and current shipping settings. If a destination is not available at checkout, please contact us before placing the order.

Estimated transit times
United States: approximately 7–15 business days after shipment.
European Union: approximately 7–18 business days after shipment.
These are estimates and do not include the 7–14 business days of production time. Carrier delays, customs processing, weather and events outside our reasonable control may extend delivery times.

Tracking and delivery
When tracking is available, we will send tracking information to the email address provided with the order. Please make sure your delivery address is complete and accurate. FaunSun is not responsible for delays or loss caused by an incorrect address supplied at checkout.

Customs and taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, VAT, customs fees or other charges imposed by the destination country. Unless stated otherwise at checkout, these charges are the customer’s responsibility.

A delivery concern
If your parcel arrives damaged, appears to be missing, or has not arrived after a reasonable period, contact faunsun@outlook.com with your order number and tracking information so we can help.
